Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including YOCO. Tiq does not store full card details.

Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

Tiq reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Tiq is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
