We proudly deliver nationwide across South Africa. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and within the stated timeframe.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours confirming that your purchase has been received and is being processed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Major metropolitan areas may receive orders sooner, while regional or outlying areas may require the full delivery window.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Tiq is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
