Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-Day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility:

Change of mind

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item/s are unused and unworn.
  • The item is in its original condition, packaging and all tags, protective films and accessories are included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The incorrect item was delivered.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • If confirmed as defective, we will issue a full refund

Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Tiq.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact:

Include your order number and reason for return. Kindly include photographs if item is damaged or defective. Once return is approved, we will provide return instructions. 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Tiq reserves the right to decline a refund if the item does not meet return conditions.
